Downtown West Branch welcomes trick-or-treaters

Brisk fall weather wasn't enough to stop local kids from doing their trick-or-treating in downtown West Branch Oct. 31. Costumed kids made their way from business to business to load up their candy bags with all sorts of candy and goodies.
