The Rose City Band & The Rose City Wind Ensemble presented a concert Thursday evening at the Rose City Middle School. The concert was conducted by John R.Hawkins II. They played to a full house. They did an amazing job. The Rose City Wind Ensemble competed today at the Tawas High School in the Band Festival.
