There was plenty of Halloween fun to be had at the West Branch Optimists Club's Halloween party at Surline Middle School Oct. 31. From sitting in an "electric" chair to experiencing what it's like to have your head underneath a guillotine, there was plenty of ghoulish activities and games for kids to enjoy.
