The second annual Richland Township Community Run-walk was held Monday, Sept. 3, with participants taking off from the township hall on McLean Road and taking on either the 3-mile or 5-mile course. Runners and walkers took off to the north from the hall on McLean Road, before turning west on Sheffer Road. Three-milers then took a right on Drow Road, while five-milers waited to make the turn onto Black Road. Participants for both distances then turned west onto Greenwood Road, before turning south on McLean Road and returning to the hall. The event was held as a fundraiser for the Prescott library.
