The Tolfree Foundation presented its second annual Shine On Awards at the Willow Tree Restaurant Thursday, Dec. 6. Four awards were handed out during the event, which is designed to celebrate the past and illuminate the future. The Bash Family Foundation, George Schaiberger Sr., Laura Prescott and Kent Davison were all honored at the event.
