Robert Allen Roman, age 86, passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at his home in Rose City, Michigan after a long illness. He was born on June 13, 1936 in Detroit, MI, to Charles and Beatrice Roman, moving to Brighton with his family and younger sister a few years later. He lived in Michigan most of his life, and spent the last 20 years in Punta Gorda, Florida, returning to the Rose City area for the summers with his wife of almost 30 years, Jackie A Roman.

Cooper Jean Paten & Chase Elwynn Paten were born into this world together on the fifth of May 2023 at the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. Cooper Jean was born at 7:01 a.m. and cherished in his parents’ arms until he passed away peacefully at 10:30 a.m.

Fred Warren Bennett of Alger passed away May 4, 2023, peacefully in his home surrounded by family at the age of 54. Fred has been survived by his parents Ronald (Connie) Bennett of Prescott and Bonnie Tenney of Marion.

Paul was born on November 23, 1949, to Willard and Irvadene (Evans) Wangler. He married Jean Ann Rosebrugh on January 31, 1970, in West Branch. Paul lived in West Branch his whole life.
