Died February 14, 2023 Marie “Elayne” Belanger, age 80, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City, MI. She lived in Rose City since 1972, formerly of Walled Lake.

Wayne Lawrence (Chum) Grezeszak passed away peacefully on the evening of March 2, 2023, at VITAS Hospice Home in Lecanto, Florida. He was 83 years old. Chum was born June 17, 1939, in Selkirk, Michigan to Lawrence and Wilma (Illig) Grezeszak.

Died February 23, 2023 Anna May Elizabeth Short, age 92, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 23, 2023. She was born on December 19, 1930, in Lupton, Michigan to the late Edward and Gladys Page.

Died February 24, 2023 Josephine Marjorie Neubecker, 90, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday February 24, 2023. She was born on January 4, 1933, to Glen and Louise Bailey in West Branch, Michigan.

Kenneth Deloy Bell, age 85 of Rose City, MI, passed away peacefully at his home on February 20, 2023. He was born on March 12, 1937, in Ypsilanti, MI, to the late Delbert and Clara (Rickard) Bell.

Jessica Lyn Figurski passed away February 12, 2023, from previously undiagnosed causes. Jessica died nine minutes before her 40th birthday. Her mother Victoria Mackey Figurski Schalau and stepfather Kenneth Schalau were by her side in the emergency room.

Lamont D. Kohn, age 91, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Memorial Healthcare Hospital in Owosso, MI. He was born on March 26, 1931, in Flint, MI to Charles and Helen (Reetz) Kohn. Lamont lived in Rose City, MI for his entire life.
