Falcon bowlers win conference

Ogemaw Heights boys’ bowling team update On Saturday February 18, the Ogemaw Heights boys’ bowling team traveled to Vista Lanes in Oscoda for Conference Singles Tournament. The format was a four-game set and Colin Mathewson took first place.

On Friday, February 24, the Ogemaw Heights Falcons traveled to Saginaw Valley State University to begin the first of our two-day Conference Championship meet. Friday consisted of the preliminary rounds of all nine individual events. Of our 19 swims that evening, 15 were personal best times.

Hard work pays off

Ogemaw Heights bowlers Jorja Fox and Keaona Burgher earned seventh and eighth place respectively at Regionals in Cheboygan Feb. 25. Fox and Burgher are now qualified to go on to the States held in Jackson Mar. 4.
