Keith Edward Brindley, Sr., age 85, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023.

On March 11, 1938, in West Branch, Michigan, Loren and Margarita (Rosenthal) Brindley welcomed their first son to the family. Growing up on the family farm, Keith learned the value of hard work. On July 20, 1957, he married Joyce Hamilton. He remained in West Branch his entire life. He worked at numerous jobs in his life, ending up at West Branch Industries, where he retired after 23 years. In his time away from work, he enjoyed camping, hunting and woodworking. He and Joyce also spent many winters in Arizona.

He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Joyce; his children Karen LaViolette, Edwina (Christopher) Kulke and Keith “Ed” (Tammy) Brindley; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by siblings Donna (Tom) Lombard, Robert, Raymond (Linda), Delores Fogarasi, Loren Jr. (Joyce) and Wanda Goss. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, sister Lauretta Grezeszak and brother Larry.

Per his wishes, he has been cremated. A Memorial Service will be held on May 27, from 1-5 p.m. at Edwards Township Hall.
