Activity in the 82nd Judicial District Court of Ogemaw County resulted in the following: Anthony Cole Sammons, of West Branch, for failure to report an accident: sentenced to $2,621.12 FC.William Keith Devereaux, of Gladwin, for attempted motor vehicle operation without security: sentenced to $425 FC.Nicholas Scott-Edward Jean, of Sanford, for attempted motor vehicle operation without security: sentenced to $425 FC.Biance Stephanie Kraft, of Rose City, for attempted motor vehicle operation without security: sentenced to $425 FC.Garrett Lucky Tyra, of Lupton, for contempt: sentenced to two days in jail and two days credited.Devon Michael Neeley, of Alger, for motor vehicle operation with no license/multiple licenses: sentenced to $240 FC.Brandon Lee Shimmons, of Prescott, for motor vehicle operation with no license/multiple licenses: sentenced to $240 FC.Steven Michael Barton III, of Monroe, for ORV unreasonable speed: sentenced to $265 FC.Alexandria Lynne Wolkens, of West Branch, for retail fraud in the second degree – greater than $200 but less than $1,000: sentenced to 365 days in jail, $1,221.11 FC and six months’ probation.
