The Ogemaw Heights girls’ swim team traveled to Alpena again Oct. 7 to take on the Wildcats in dual meet action. The Falcons won the meet, 98-72.

The Whittemore-Prescott varsity football team lost an away game to the Alcona Tigers Oct. 10 by a final score of 8-40.

Ogemaw beat Standish 43-0 in an away game Oct. 10.

The Ogemaw Heights varsity volleyball team traveled to H.H. Dow on Saturday Oct. 4 for an invitational tournament and brought home first place.

The Whittemore-Prescott Cardinals varsity football team lost a home game Oct. 3 against the Mio-AuSable Thunderbolts by a final score of 44-0.

The Falcon girls’ swim team traveled to Gaylord Sept. 30 to take on the Blue Devils in non-conference dual meet action, losing 104-65.

Ogemaw Heights soccer players celebrated Parents Night as well as a victory Sept. 29 at a home game

“Doesn’t get any better than wrapping up league play with a championship on the line,” said Standish-Sterling Central varsity soccer coach Doug Dahn.
