The Ogemaw Heights girls team celebrated a great season and a conference championship.

STANDISH – The Ogemaw Heights girls basketball team lost in a postseason matchup with Shepherd hosted at Standish-Sterling Central on Mar.

“The girls deserve these awards,” Coach Mark Pacella said.

We traveled to Ford Field over the weekend for the individual state finals.

The Ogemaw Heights girls basketball team won in a home contest against Hale Feb. 29.

Alaina Neubecker, Kirsten Neubecker and Dakota Rachow signed letters of intent to play softball for Alpena Community College.

Bryer Robert Ray Hensley, ten years old, is a member of the Whittemore-Prescott Youth wrestling program.
