Larry Dean Hogston Jr., of Lupton, for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended/revoked, controlled substance – possession less than 25 grams and probation violation: sentenced to 234 days in jail, 234 days credited and $909.60 FC.

Larry Dean Hogston Jr., of Lupton, for stolen property – receiving/concealing property of $1,000 or more but less than $20,000: sentenced to 324 days in jail, 324 days credited and $1,197.60 FC.

Rodney Alan Compau, of Whittemore, for weapons-firearms – possession by prohibited individual: sentenced to two days in jail, two days credited, 12 months’ probation and $708 FC.

Kristie Lee Jordan, of Houghton Lake, for controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine: sentenced to 125 days in jail, 125 days credited and $1,298 FC.

Robert Charles Thayer, of Lupton, for no contest to controlled substance – maintaining a drug house: sentenced to one day in jail, one day credited, 24 months’ probation and $1,358 FC.
