Activity in the 82nd Judicial District Court of Ogemaw County has resulted in the following:Justin Alan Hush, of West Branch, for motor vehicle operation without security and controlled substance use (narcotic or cocaine): sentenced to 93 days in jail, 20 days to be served, 83 days held in abeyance and $1,725 FC.Jason Robert White, of Burton, for retail fraud in the third degree – less than $200: sentenced to 93 days in jail, 30 days to be served, 63 days held in abeyance and $861.67 FC.
Board approves bond sale
The West Branch-Rose City Area Schools Board of Education adopted and ratified resolution approving the sale of 2024 school building and site bonds at its Jan.
