Beginning May 29, MSUE will offer six 90-minute sessions introducing mindfulness techniques toward improved sleep.
The informal gathering will take place in a yard setting from 10 a.m. to noon on May 30.
Participants will learn how to prepare and sell foods to the public under Michigan’s Cottage Food Law.
