The Whittemore-Prescott varsity boys football team lost an away game in Rogers City last Friday by a final score of 8-40. Aiden Bell scored the points for the Cardinals in the first scoring drive of the second quarter.

The Whittemore-Prescott Area School District has extended by 10 days its time to respond to information requests from the Herald-Independent relating to the sudden exit of the district’s former superintendent, Michael Ehinger, shortly before the beginning of the school year.
